The staff here in the U S was super to help before the trip and if questions came up during our travels. 4 counties in 3 weeks was just right.

Overall excellent tour We just returned from a two week tour in China put together by Explorient. Overall we were very satisfied with the guides, drivers and itinerary . We had a problem with a canceled flight in X'ian which resulted in chaos at the airport. We did not have a working emergency contact number which was also frustrating . Other than that our trip was wonderful and working with Kervin was a very good experience.
