Kind and helpful The staff were very kind and helpful and organized quality tours for our group of three English speakers to Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Our train tickets were all booked ahead of time and delivered to us by Ask Aladdin representatives. A special thanks to our tour guide Rama Ahmed for providing us with an entertaining and informative day out on Luxor's West Bank.

Happy Americans in Egypt This is our 3rd trip to Egypt. We were concerned about safety before we left but we were in great hands with Mr Fawzy of Ask Aladdin. This is 2nd trip with them. We were in Egypt January 23-February 3, 2024. Exceptional airport pick-up and transfers. Comfortable van, excellent driver and we went at our pace to sites to see sites visited before and new sites like Nubian Village and Alexandria. All details (restaurants. hotels and security) to our liking. Strong police presence throughout country in places of interest to tourists. Mr Fawzy so helpful explaining customs and sites visited. TRIP WELL BELOW ADVERTISED STANDARD AND EXPECTATIONS. The ships service and food was well below ADVERTISED standard. We had no food poisoning after travelling for 2 months in the middle east and eating all manner of street and restaurant foods. Middle of this trip Sandra got bad food poisoning after a meal of fish and she did not eat for 3 days. I did not eat fish, so I came up smiling. We notified the ships head chef and boat manager, at the time. Radwun our guide was well below our normal guide experience. We have travelled 8-9 months a year all over the world for the last 12 years. We have just finished a 15 night Moroccan tour, including a 5 hour camel ride through the dunes and sleeping in a Berber tent in the Sahara desert. We gave this trip 5 stars in all areas.

Holiday in Egypt and Jordan From the first e-mail till the time we got home, it was first class. The constant information from Heba was extremely helpful as we planned our flights. All the hotels were high class, the guides were outstanding, in fact everybody related to our holiday were utterly professional. Highly recommended.

Egypt: The Land of Great History Egypt was one of our most exciting and favorite trips abroad. The sites and the history made us stare in awe at the 4000 year old marvels. The food was phenomenal and the people were very hospitable and kind. At no point during our trip did we feel unsafe and everything was very well organized. Yassir our guide was exceptional and truly made Egypt feel like our home away from home. The passion and knowledge he had for Egyptian history and culture was contagious and very memorable. From the pyramids of giza, to abu simbel, to the local coffee shops, we will never forget this wonderful trip and hope that many others can experience the wonders, sites, and tastes Egypt has to offer.
