Sometimes the true test of an excellent partner is when the planning process is not smooth. This was the case with a recent client trip. A good test for a tour company is ... A good test for a tour company is how they manage unexpected emergencies. Via Tours Croatia, together with our guide Stella, passed this test with flying colours. Nature’s bad weather required a change in itinerary; officious border guards needed “creative” solutions. All were handled with good grace, and communicated well to the group. We were a friendly group to start with, and both Stella and Ivana added their extensive local knowledge and humour.
