ESI was looking for a plane ticket for… I was looking for a plane ticket for some very extreme dates; and almost impossible, since it is for Christmas. And the truth is I didn't expect to find some very kind people and all with a lot of patience who were Jose and Daniel who are the supervisors. They helped me a lot in my flight search and they had a lot of patience with me because I couldn't make my payment. Thanks to Jose and Daniel, I'm going to spend my new year with my family, Also thanks to his agent Gabriel who had patience in me, since he had doubts, which made them leave.
