Super trip Super trip. This company is a dream to work with. What they promised was delivered and we were well looked after from arrival to departure. Our two tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, not sure either were ever unable to answer any questioned posed to them. Loved the small group. We will look at other destinations offered by Firebird.

Nostravia Travel All Russia!!! Having submitted the initial booking amount, I was filled with trepidation, not sure who I was paying & what I was letting myself into. But everything was bingo right from the start.The perfect T. From airport transfers, guides, transport services to food & miscellaneous. "Lev Tolstoy' is surely the best to sail the Volga from Moscow to St Petersburg. It has comfortable cabin space, cleanliness, onboard entertainment & wonderful cuisine. A great experience. Excellent service Excellent service, guides, food. Our timing was not good, because of inauguration of the president and anniversary of the end of the II World war. Huge crowds, lineups and Kremlin was closed. This was the only negative aspect I can report. I think that itinerary should be modified when there are historic celebrations in the visiting country.

Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in… Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.

She and her colleagues handled everything: hired vehicles, guides, tickets, ballet reservations, restaurant reservation (including roses for my wife on our anniversary). I will unquestionably use her and her company for any and all travel that they are able to help with.
