Trans Siberian Journey! July 9th to 28th, 2019! Enjoyed the whole journey from St. Petersburg to Ulan Bator. Sight seeing in all places was great with many surprises to learn about the History of each place. All the guides (English speaking) were so good to explain every thing we would always remember them fondly. Kremlin Visit, Moscow Subway visit, touring many Churches, Buddhist Monasteries, Camping in the mountains in Mongolia and the exciting Train journey through Siberian wilderness would remain fresh in our Memories for ever! Saw all highlights in Moscow and St Petersburg Relaxing daily schedule. Luxurious hotel. Suitable for solo or couple travellers. A lot of free time after the tour for you to relax or explore on your own. Knowledgeable guides. Train to St Petersburg was fast and comfortable

Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in… Agent Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us to set up our itinerary for our private tour of Russia. The local agent Alena was also most helpful in getting all tickets for ballets, operas, shows, and restaurants bookings during our trip. When our flight from Kazan to St Petersburg was delayed, I texted her and she was on top of it all to make sure my connection also arranged and transfer etc. We are overall very happy with the trip, only thing that can be improved is: some of the guides' English is not as good as we would have liked.

Everything was exactly as the promised Everything was exactly as the promised. Pre departure paperwork and Visa was a breeze. Both guides were excellent; friendly and knew their stuff. No queueing up at entrances. The Hotels were very comfortable and food was good. I would urge anyone thinking of ticking Russia off their bucket list to use Firebird travel.

Excellent service Excellent service, guides, food. Our timing was not good, because of inauguration of the president and anniversary of the end of the II World war. Huge crowds, lineups and Kremlin was closed. This was the only negative aspect I can report. I think that itinerary should be modified when there are historic celebrations in the visiting country.
