He even personally came out and did some touch up repairs and got on his hands and knees and scrubbed the floors on our rig before we left because the cleaning crew was at lunch, and we decided to pick our rig up a day earlier than planned. He had to deal with the manufacturer many times to make sure everything was covered under our warranty that was supposed to be.
