Outstanding customer service & training The customer service at Johnnie Walker RV is outstanding. Being first time RVers we required a lot of training. Joe spent hours with us on all aspects of our RV including teaching us how to use our tow dolly. We were pretty intimidated by the tow dolly but Joe turned us into veterans. His patience was endless, and believe me we tested him! Very good help.

Fantastic Never thought we would be buying a new 5th Wheel, but Johnnie Walker made it too hard to resist. The special pricing and terrific trade in motivated us to do it now! Even though we are from Florida and we knew there would be complications, we felt to deal and the 5th Wheel were too good to pass up.

Johnnie Walker RV Stores, the best prices and service anywhere! My wife and I have purchased two trailers and one 5th wheel from Johnnie Walker RV over the years. Each time we were treated fairly both on the purchase price and the trade-in price. The service departments at the different location are great. Never did I feel like the item we brought to their attention was too little or insignificant. Ken at one store and Danny at the other store have treated us like we were family. We have nothing to say but positives about this organization. Johnnie Walker leads by example and it shows.

Best RV Service in the Valley I have dealt with Johnnie Walker RV, off and on, since the early 80's. Over this time, they have just kept growing and improving in sales, service and facilities.. Most recently, I took my Itasca in for some body work and paint. As usual, they did an outstanding job right on schedule. I particularly want to thank Ken Allen and Ed Clark for making my visit a pleasant experience.

Fantastic Experience at Johnny Walker's Rv I spent several months searching for a Class A motorcoach to trade my 2021 toy hauler, as my wife needed it for travel back to Louisiana for a kidney transplant. Despite finding one we liked that didn't fit our budget, Joe at Johnny Walker's RV was incredibly helpful. He kept an eye out for something within our budget and, after a few weeks, they got a trade-in—a 2019 Fleetwood Flair. It fit our budget, and financing through my credit union was easy. When I first saw the RV, they were reupholstering the driver and passenger seats, along with the sofa and dinette seats. They even ordered a new door from the manufacturer because they weren’t satisfied with its condition. They ensured the engine ran great, and the generator was top-notch. We finalized the deal, and I started moving my stuff into it on their lot. They have a mini campground in the back of the dealership where you can stay and move your items to the new RV. During our stay, we found a couple of minor issues that they addressed immediately. Ray in the service department was one of the nicest and easiest-to-talk-to service managers I've ever dealt with. Everyone at Johnny Walker's RV was great. If you're in the market for a new or used RV, go see Joe. Tell him Darren sent you. You won't be sorry.
