USOutstanding customer service & training The customer service at Johnnie Walker RV is outstanding. Being first time RVers we required a lot of training. Joe spent hours with us on all aspects of our RV including teaching us how to use our tow dolly. We were pretty intimidated by the tow dolly but Joe turned us into veterans. His patience was endless, and believe me we tested him! Very good help.

USLack of Communication; Overpriced. $2000 seam separation turned into a $5600 markup. Nearly two months to complete the repairs caused us to forfeit an expensive holiday deposit. Had we known about their slow efforts... Had an awning replaced. It doesn't fit properly on the roller and was told "just roll it out, and roll in until it works. Bad experience. Poor effort by Johnny Walker to make things right points to a schiester in my opinion.

US5 Star Customer Service! Both Dustin and Tom were beyond helpful. Both had a wealth of information and were consistently available throughout my entire process of purchasing a travel trailer. Never did I feel uncomfortable, rushed or cheated. I'd purchase again from Johnnie Walker RV and would refer a friend in a heart beat knowing they'd be treated fairly and with care.

USFantastic Never thought we would be buying a new 5th Wheel, but Johnnie Walker made it too hard to resist. The special pricing and terrific trade in motivated us to do it now! Even though we are from Florida and we knew there would be complications, we felt to deal and the 5th Wheel were too good to pass up.
