Mark made this our favorite trip Mark is an incredible host. Not only is he warm and friendly to his guests, but extremely organized, efficient, and creative. He offers such wonderful personal service. He is there with you as you find your balcony and watch the running of the bulls. He hosts a wonderful dinner and fireworks watching evening the night before the run, which is such fun. This was our family's favorite trip, thanks to Mark and Festival Pros.

Tickets are not cheap Tickets are not cheap, but the experience was worth it! As they noted, not all balconies come with food and ours did not. It would be nice to have a little coffee and pastries while waiting, especially since we have to get there quite early, but it's quite inexpensive to buy on the cafes down the street after the run anyways. The representative who helped us out was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really helped us enjoy the experience!

I couldn't have asked for a better … I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I originally signed up for a balcony and then after hearing want an amazing dinner our balcony mates had we were fortunate to get an opportunity to join in one of the nights we were there. The balcony was the perfect location and offered the best views just after dead mans curve, you definitely felt like you were running with the group below. The real topper was the dinner! A very intimate setting, flamingo dancer and amazing food not to mention the fireworks to top off the night! I am so glad I booked through Mark; one of the nicest people you can ever meet!

Great experience Great experience. We decided to go on this adventure on a weeks notice and Pam and Mark made it happen with ease. I changed a few excursions and added a person and they again made the adjustments with ease and like it was no trouble at all. The gave great advice and made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend.
