The river in it self has quality spots for white water and the views are spectacular. But our guide made it that much better of an experience. Knowledgeable and personable. Quality stuff.

Great guide Great guide, boatman. Can’t remember his name, an older gentleman that’s been rafting for many years. He was awesome! Great boat mechanics, and a wealth of info about the river and adjacent geology, history. We’re going to make this an annual event!!

My son and I were lucky enough to… My son and I were lucky enough to choose Wilderness Aware for our 5-day adventure on the Salt River. It was the best trip of my life! Exciting rapids, and lots of them, delicious food, beautiful scenery, great hikes and the best guides! I didn't expect to be spoiled on a river trip. I recommend this company to anyone looking to raft on the amazing Salt River Canyon.

Great way to spend a day Super fun. Staff is very knowledgeable and know made it a great experience. The river is pretty calm the time of year I went (early May) only had a few class 3 rapids great if you are new to white water or have younger kids. The staff makes the experience very family friendly.
