The Way to Go My trips to Myanmar and Sri Lanka with GeoTours were exceptional! An amazingly varied itinerary kept things moving along at a good pace. We always seemed to wind up at places at exactly the right time. Kudos to Matt and Suzan for all of the expert coordination that allowed us to see so much at such a reasonable price!

Exceptional trip This was was our first trip with Geotours. We can’t recommend them enough. We have traveled with other groups that have been good, but didn’t have the same attention to detail that Geotours provides. Everything from the pocket sized personal monetary conversion guide to the detailed itinerary and its daily updates was well thought out. Geotours treated us as family! Thank you. We've enjoyed two tours with them (Iceland - we were blown away by the beauty and getting off the beaten path to throughly explore; and Sicily - great journey through antiquity - great local guides who helped bring alive the various cultures who inhabited this special land) and another scheduled in Bali. Matt and Suzan are great at planning trips and especially at informing participants from registration throughout the process (including flight recommendations) to get you in country. The lodgings they select are always comfortable. Meals included are excellent; and there are always "surprises" along the way - additional fun ways that pop up along the journey to enhance the experience. No hesitation to recommend Geotours for your next getaway!!

GeoTours is a well organized and managed tour company! The best tour operator for difficult to reach countries. My husband and I have been on four international trips with GeoTours. All of our tours have been with small groups less than 16 people. Sri Lanka was one of my favorite trips. Each site visited on the island was planned with careful detail. We had different modes of transportation such as train, plane, bus, or tuktuk (rickshaw) to move around the country. Each day had different activity level options to suit each member’s physical health status. We visited several national parks and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. GeoTours is a wonderful company to utilize for international travel to a country that would be difficult to travel to on your own.

Iceland via Geotours The trip was very well organized overall and close attention was paid to details that were well communicated by our guides. Accommodations were good and bus was comfortable. Places we visited were exceptional. I would recommend that a Covid protocol is adopted and masking be enforced on bus and proof of vaccination before the trip be mandatory. I would prefer a slightly slower pace and not having to buy our own groceries as much.
