GeoTours is a well organized and managed tour company! The best tour operator for difficult to reach countries. My husband and I have been on four international trips with GeoTours. All of our tours have been with small groups less than 16 people. Sri Lanka was one of my favorite trips. Each site visited on the island was planned with careful detail. We had different modes of transportation such as train, plane, bus, or tuktuk (rickshaw) to move around the country. Each day had different activity level options to suit each member’s physical health status. We visited several national parks and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. GeoTours is a wonderful company to utilize for international travel to a country that would be difficult to travel to on your own.

We have been with Geotours on two… We have been with Geotours on two trips, New Zealand and Sicily. We are signed up for Bali also. Matt and Suzan run a well organized operation with lots to see and do. We loved seeing the geology in New Zealand, with high peaks and glaciers. The hanging glacial valleys at Milford Sound are spectacular. In Sicily, the mosaics in the churches are over the top, and we also liked the Greek temples and amphitheaters. Highly recommended.

6 GEOTOURS trips and ready for 7 I’ve done 6 different trips with GEOTOURS since 2011 and am ready to book trip 7! I love how well organized these trips are, it allows for me to relax and enjoy the experiences without worrying about transportation, hiring local guides, finding the best value rooms etc. they do all that work for me! Iceland Had a wonderful trip to Iceland with Geotours lead by Matt Ebner and Don Barrie.The tour was by bus and we circled the island. It covered waterfalls and other beautiful sites. The hotels were very comfortable and great care was taken to be sure we learned a lot about the geology of Iceland.

Geotours' Cuba is a must! Cuba was my second trip with Geotours. There was not one aspect of this adventure that was less than wonderful. The accommodations, optional trips, itinerary, transportation, and most of all, the guides Matt and Suzan were far above expectation. I've traveled with Gate 1 and Cosmos before and never received the Ebiner's type of local knowledge and personalized attention. Moreover, I love the smaller group sizes. Thank you, Geotours!
