GBFamily Reunion in Portugal Several years ago we had a wonderful small family tour customized by Portugal.com to our specific requests. Our tour guide Nuno was great...historical knowledge impressive, choice of restaurants phenomenal(some of the best Portuguese meals ever), and always kept the group moving with the itinerary. Travelling in a small tour bus was a new experience as we were able to get through narrow city streets and see so much that you would not normally be able to see in any other way but walking. Especially memorable, we travelled down a majestic terraced hillside laden with grapevines on the way to Porto...it was breathtaking! If you are traveling to Portugal and you have limited time to see it all...book a trip with Portugal.com and let them do the legwork. You will not be disappointed!

SGA Great Portugal Experience I booked a customise tour for myself as a solo traveller. Everything was taken care of and all accommodation were top class. The drivers & guides were always there to provide help and suggest additional options. I saw much more and managed to do a lot more with the care given to me. Though I paid a little more, but gained and enjoyed a whole lot more for my trip.

GB1 fantastic Azorean week 3 islands in one fabulous week with great local guided tours. Beautiful Azores in a nutshell! All travel, transfers and hotel included. We couldn't have been more delighted. Fantastic landscapes, oceans vistas and taste of Azorean life. I would highly recommend this tour .

CAA less than perfect experience The booking agent for our Portugal trip was Portugal.com, while the actual tour operator was Cityrama Gray Line. Our troubles with Portugal.com began during the booking process. The response toour questions took days, and some questions were never answered. Nevertheless, we saw a number of positive reviews so we finally went ahead. Portugal.com accepted our deposit. We discovered several days later that this did not mean that our trip was confirmed. By this time, we had booked our flight separately. Eventually things worked out, but the early signs were not so good. Once the tour started, there were a number of irritating glitches, but I’ll focus on the most egregious. Our tour itinerary covered the northern part of Portugal. In choosing the tour we wanted to avoid the religious sites. So when the tour actually started we were surprised to find that the itinerary had been changed. Instead of seeing a number of towns in the north we would be spending a couple of days going to the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostella, a distant religious shrine in the north. It turned out that two different itineraries had been sold, but both groups had been incorporated into the same tour bus. The result was pandedonium...everyone of course wanted to have the tour that they had signed up for. To Cityrama Gray Line’s credit, they eventually decided to split the tour, so that everyone got more or less what they bargained for. But, you can imagine the chaos and the irritation and the hours of rescheduling arrangements. Nevertheless, the tour was generally good value, and we have no complaints in that regard. They did tend to cram too many sites into a single day, so that there really wasn’t enough time to wander around and really see some of the terrific places that we visited. We plan to go to Portugal again to see the south of the country, but I have to say I don’t think that it will be with Portugal.com and Cityrama Grey Line.

GBGreat trip to a country that rocks! Thank you Portugal.com for organizing such a great tirp. Taking the train from Lisboa to Porto was priceless. In retrospective we should have spent a bit more and upgraded hotels. Overall a great trip. Have to come back!...and yes we'll definitely refer your services.
