The staff were so wonderfully patient as I double booked , cancelled, changed my mind, let’s say they all went beyond the call, in helping me. Thank you to Joy, Trish Leslie and especially Felicity for giving me the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Chad and his crew were fantastic and… Chad and his crew were fantastic and navigated the boat in sometimes treacherous waters as flawlessly as you would expect. Seen Whales within 10mins of journey to north end of Lanai, beach stop was cool, then bottle nose dolphins, fantastic high visibility snorkel spots and the lunch was Xsallant!! The 4 of us would do it again it a Maui heartbeat! Awesome Day!! 🤙🏽🌴😎

Great Trip My wife and I had a wonderful trip. 3 hours from Kapalua airport as opposed to spending the whole day traveling to and from the Big Island. Wade, our pilot, was extremely knowledgable and entertaining. He made every attempt to show us as much as possible, and provide allot of detail about what we were seeing. Despite the day being a little overcast , he maneuvered through the sky to ensure that we had a very smooth and comfortable experience. All of the anxiety that I had quickly disappeared as we viewed the crater of Haleakalā and snow topped Moanakea and Moanaloa. Unfortunately, The active volcano was cloud covered that day. All in all, it was a GREAT experience provided by Tom Barefoot and Big Island Air. Wholeheartedly recommend this Air tour!

Our Sunset Cruise was AMAZING Our Sunset Cruise was AMAZING. Boarding the vessel was very easy and we were made to fell most welcome. Being under sail was just fantastic. Sailing toward Diamond Head and the back West as the sun set show cased the Waikiki area like we had never imagined. The Mai Tai's flowed freely. There was no excuse not to have a great time. Just as the sun set a young man dropped to one knee and proposed to his girlfriend in front of an enthusiastic crowd. She said yes and a rousing round of applause ensued. A most memorable experience.

mislead in the tour booked We had booked a catamaran sailing cruise for the manta rays. When we got there, we are on a catamaran but no sailing. It’s a motor catamaran. It was misleading when I also asked if we will be sailing on a catamaran not just be in a catamaran. Very disappointing and felt mislead
