Hard to understand. Noisy background. I am usually very good at understanding what is being said with accents. Everyone you speak to is of Indian decent. I imagine that is because their call center is in India however the "home office is in North Las Vegas. I called to cancel my pending booking, as they do not allow that to take place by clicking the cancel button on the website, the girl whom answered was very soft spoken and the background was very noisy. Every time she spoke I told her that I am sorry but I cannot hear her. she would say something else in the same volume and again I would tell her I only heard XYZ, could she please repeat it. after 5 minutes of this I hear some words, no idea what was spoken, but ended with ok. then she hung up. I called back and now I was upset. the guy that then answered at least I could hear I told him that I was just on a call and got disconnected but I want to cancel my pending transaction. He completely ignored me with my statement. silence was on the line so he started to say that the last rep I spoke to the night before, because again they force you to call, i said no i spoke to someone there just 3 seconds ago before they hung up on me. he said no she disdn't hang up on you, then said it is cancelled, can i disconnect now? This was said in demeaning tone. so I hung up. You casn get the same price doing it all yourself on the website for the airline. Dont waste your time using this company!
