CoNexion is the first event on our calendar every year CoNexion 2019 was another hit. Aside from being a great opportunity for my agents to come together in a professional setting, they each walk away with knowledge to help their business grow no matter where they're at in their career. The opportunity to meet face to face with so many supplier BDMs under one roof is invaluable, as is the chance to hear from and talk to Nexion and Travel Leaders leadership. Where else can you learn about tools, programs, destinations, suppliers, marketing, best practices and more all in one place?! Plus, the amazing evening events are a fun bonus. We can hardly wait for CoNexion 2020!

I have not only support with important education , I have learned with Co-Nexion, attending all of them except 2. Florida, this year was the best. Last meeting I attended every event and class that I signed up, I must admit I like the round table meetings, with reps, that I book with, and learn new ones, and what their company's can offer. Meeting other agents, with different experiences and suggestions help a lot.Most important of all, is the employees that help with questions, make me feel important, and Jackie is the best. NexionTown should be faster and easier NexionTown takes too long to use. It's cumbersome, and everyone wants answers now instead of clicking a lot of buttons and waiting for a response. It needs to be an app that doesn't have to be logged into each time, and can be checked and rechecked during the day on everyone's phones easily. Also, a feature that many like on FB groups is to search for topics easily (also on a mobile device). For example, if someone wants a transfer in Rome, they go to the group they want and search "Rome Transfer". Any previous posts about Rome Transfers will pop up.

Groups coaching. First I was very surprised at the small group. Very intimate and as close to individual training one can get. Stuart was a good choice. Very midinating with innovative ideal and strategies. He also gave me a plan and check list; much better than theory and ideas, actual detailed help. My newness in the travel business may be obvious but everyone made me feel welcome and the exchange of ideas from sponsors and attendees was invaluable. I’m motivated to be more aggressive in finding and making groups a big part of my business.
