Free transfer lie Everything was completely fine with the agency and the person who was working for me, I also recommend it to some friends who decided to work with the agency. When I was starting my process, I was promised a free help with the transfer process after my sophomore year in case I didn't like the school I was committing to, now that I reached them for help with the transfer they said the membership I paid does not include the transfer, so it makes no sense promising help with the transfer and then forgetting about you when you have committed to your college, then you ask them for help and ask you for more money. Personally I would recommend more Athletes USA, better prices, more realistic and more helpful.

Helpful till you ask for a refund My brother applied to be part of ASM agency back in 2017. They were very kind and eager to help to begin with. However, after 6 months, we realised that my brother was not getting much interest and so requested a refund. In confidence, my then 16 year old brother spoke to the ASM representative and said he doesn't think he can afford to go ahead with this and that he wants a full refund. We absolutely had the means to send him to America. Money was not the issue. ASM decided that an informal chat on WhatsApp held more weighting than the official form we filled stating that we had every right to claim a refund. They refused and have since not responded to my emails.
