Thank you to ASM! I joined the ASM programme approximately 3 years ago. During this time I found them to be very informative and always staying in touch regarding my sporting progress. This would assist me in finally achieving my dream. After my final year of school and during the first 6 months of 2023 , ASM started to deliver by obtaining many interviews with different colleges which gave me some options. After a few good golf results they managed to secure an interview and subsequent scholarship with a Division 1 University! I can truly say that ASM secured my dream come true. Helpful till you ask for a refund My brother applied to be part of ASM agency back in 2017. They were very kind and eager to help to begin with. However, after 6 months, we realised that my brother was not getting much interest and so requested a refund. In confidence, my then 16 year old brother spoke to the ASM representative and said he doesn't think he can afford to go ahead with this and that he wants a full refund. We absolutely had the means to send him to America. Money was not the issue. ASM decided that an informal chat on WhatsApp held more weighting than the official form we filled stating that we had every right to claim a refund. They refused and have since not responded to my emails.

They are robbing us! Everything went well with ASM until we paid. After that everything went wrong. We sent a refund form in the 1st of July 2021 and we still don't have any answer from ASM. They are robbing us because it was their fault that our son didn't enter an American University, but they are ignoring us and don't give back for example the money that we advanced for our son's health insurance if he gets the USA University. It's incredible!
