But most importantly guiding us through the various pros and cons of the different airline services. Dublin to Oz. I was searching for tickets for a trip to see our son in Australia this September. Jon originally came up with a good deal flying to Sydney and returning to Dublin. We changed our minds and decided to fly to Brisbane and return from Sydney. Even though seats are now at a premium for these flights, Jon was able to arrange this in no time. He always responded promptly even though there is a considerable time difference between NY and Dublin. Great service.
