I was taking my mum on a bucket list… I was taking my mum on a bucket list trip of hers to Egypt. We wanted to travel business class for the comfort as my mum is 80. Arlyn was in one word...wonderful! She was patient and diligent in finding us travel arrangements that would work with our tour and also allow us for the appropriate time to transfer to flights that wouldn't be too rushed for my mum nor too lengthy a wait time.
