Complaint filed with NY Attorney Gerneral's Office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially since you have no idea whether the quoted cost is accurate or not).

Fabulous service Luxury Business Class, through Josh Kashani, offered fabulous service when I was planning a trip from Australia to France. Josh listened carefully to my requirements, and presented me with some flight options to consider. When I needed to change dates Josh arranged a new itinerary. He was very responsive at all times, either via email, text or phone call, communication was wonderful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and I really appreciated Josh's expertise, professionalism and patience. I ended up with fantastic flights at an excellent price point, saving me thousands of dollars. However, the first phone call from Kevin was reassuring and he really tried very hard to find the best possible itinerary at the best price . Kevin made himself available via email and SMS so that questions were handled promptly and any glitches could be sorted out . He arranged assistance, meal preferences and entered my frequent flyer number and really went the extra mile with caring personalised service. During the whole of the transaction Sam was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and generally a super person to deal with, considering we changed dates and our bank were cautious regarding payment so consequently Sam had to wait until we had given the ok for the amount to be remitted!
