2023 Umrah review Salam Ibrahim. Just to let you know that We have completed our Umrah Alhamdulillah and we have already left Saudi Arabia. Also, I would like to share this with everyone else, the tour over there only 2 hours and it is basically just a drive thru and little of explaining and that’s it. As a first timer traveling, I expected more explaining and times. Just wanted to let brothers on the USA side know. Hotels and everything else are great! Again, brother Mahad(crowne travels)did a really good job from his side and make our first family trip very well. JazakAllah!!!

If ur sad say no worries because i know one guy i heard he is best in suggestions i can say him mind cahnger as well so the guy who made my journey absolutely fantastic and why it would not be ? Because i did travel with Mr. Ibraheem. My experience was too good nothing was missed or messed up. The best thing i have experienced is about their adorable living arrangements. I hope no one will be disappointed if u guys do travel with Ibraheem. The gentleman. Thankyou gentle guy for treating/guiding us well btw his deals were worthy no lies. Great work team. I wanted to perform Umrah I wanted to perform Umrah, so I searched on Facebook to find what I need, so I contacted 6 companies, and their performance and the way they dealt with me over the phone was bad, and they were not able to convince me to meet what I wanted. I succeeded in gaining the trust of only one company through a simple employee who I felt loved for the work and to gain the customer’s trust and try. Satisfying the customer means achieving profit for his company. This is in addition to his patience with me. He communicated with me for 5 consecutive days and provided me with the quickest and easiest solutions to gain my participation in the Umrah trip. During these five days, I refused the trip to try another company to get a special price, then I returned to him because I did not gain his trust. The other company then rejected the men again due to the circumstances of my work that did not allow me to travel during Ramadan. Then I returned to him and agreed to the trip after convincing my manager. Then I rejected it for the third time and also because my manager went back on his words and did not grant me travel approval. Yes, crowen Company made a great effort with me and was patient. With me through the wonderful employee( Ismail ) and his Super Pfizer (.....) I do not know his name, but Ismail gained my trust and convinced me of the procedures that he extended to me and by providing solutions and results that comforted me during my travel. Thank you, Ismail, and I apologize to you and to Al-Taj Company for my refusal to travel because of... My working conditions
