Easy, Simple Driver arrived earlier than designated time which is nice. Calm and didn't force conversations. Didn't ask for extra tips which is also neat.

My driver, Bobby, texted me in mid-afternoon (prior to a 9.30 pm pick up) to let me know he expected to be at pick up between 9.20 and the reserved time of 9.30. He confirmed later on and again 5 minutes prior to arrival - which was at 9.23. Service was great - vehicle was spacious and clean - Bobby himself was a great guy to talk to Hard to beat this for me! Good, No nonsense service ! The taxi arrived on time, with a bunch of proactive follow ups. The little details were taken care like the car seat and the space of huge number of bags. Really liked the pic of the taxi along with the driver and the phone details sent in advance, so that I know what I am expecting. Just one crib. The quote said a figure which was very competitive (inclusive of all gratuity), but the final price was 10% more than the quote and I dint a justification for that.
