Wonderful Trip Wonderful Trip! Such an interesting part of our world that I was glad to learn more about. Especially look forward to going back to Georgia one day! The trip was perfectly organized The trip was perfectly organized. The places we’ve visited were the highlights of each geographic locations. The guide was on top of all and took care of all arrangements as well as individual needs. The local guides were very knowledgeable of their domains and personable. Accommodation and restaurants were the best and the drivers very experienced and professional.

Miru Adventures: First choice for expedition travel We traveled with Miru Adventures most recently on a two-week, wildlife-focused trip to Malaysian Borneo. As with other trips we've been on with Miru, it was fantastic. This is due principally to the outstanding quality of the trip leaders, coupled with the great care the leaders take in designing itineraries. The experiences we had were extraordinary, the accommodations were superb, the "customer service" from the booking office was faultless; absolutely everything was top-notch. When planning expedition travel, our first question is always, "Does Miru have a trip there?", and when thinking of possibilities, our first question is always, "Where is Miru going that we might like to see?" Others in the business are excellent, but Miru is the best.

Magical Pantanal and beyond! Absolutely loved the Pantanal (and beyond!) trip !! It was a unique itinerary that included not only the northern and southern Pantanal but also Bonito and the Alta Floresta rainforest. From our first day in Bonito we began seeing amazing creatures like giant anteaters and that continued throughout the trip. Our leader Rich Pagen is a brilliant naturalist but we also had gifted local guides in all our locations. We also had some unique experiences like a freshwater snorkeling trip down a pristine river surrounded by thousands of fish! Our lodge in the southern Pantanal was a gorgeous family owned property dedicated to conservation and surrounded by gardens and birds! The lodge near Alta Floresta was also beautiful and sustainable and completely dedicated to conservation of the area. Days were filled with magical encounters with giant river otters, lots of jaguar experiences, tapirs, caimans, anacondas and fantastic bird life. This was a great trip and I highly recommend it. It exceeded all my expectations.
