Thank you Sophia for addressing my…issue that didn’t get resolved Thank you Sophia for addressing my issue with the proper timing and correcting all issues that I had a concern about. Today 4/3/2024 Well to my surprise didn’t get on a flight at all I was scheduled to be in Atlanta today I am attending a funeral service which I am part of the service. Unfortunately I was not able to get on a flight this morning nor was I able to get on a flight flight this evening after my reservation was changed and now I’m still stuck here in Chicago at the airport. I am so very disappointed. I hope there’s a way that I can get a refund and cancel this trip and get a full refund
