DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Booked round trip ticket for my DAUGHTER a minor traveling alone. Going flight no problem. Return flight canceled I called and they sent another confirmation number. Didn't think anything was wrong. My 17 year old daughter arrived at airport 6 am they informed her flight have been canceled due to fraudulent charges. SO EMBARRASSING!! Tried to rebook directly with airlines the only way she can purchase another ticket is at the counter. Otherwise banned to purchase tickets. Really sad people are like this. They offered to fix it. How can you fix fraud?!?!

Today 4/3/2024 Well to my surprise didn’t get on a flight at all I was scheduled to be in Atlanta today I am attending a funeral service which I am part of the service. Unfortunately I was not able to get on a flight this morning nor was I able to get on a flight flight this evening after my reservation was changed and now I’m still stuck here in Chicago at the airport. I am so very disappointed. I hope there’s a way that I can get a refund and cancel this trip and get a full refund
