Today 4/3/2024 Well to my surprise didn’t get on a flight at all I was scheduled to be in Atlanta today I am attending a funeral service which I am part of the service. Unfortunately I was not able to get on a flight this morning nor was I able to get on a flight flight this evening after my reservation was changed and now I’m still stuck here in Chicago at the airport. I am so very disappointed. I hope there’s a way that I can get a refund and cancel this trip and get a full refund

Zero star- DO NOT BOOK ROUND TRIP. Zero star - DO NOT BOOK ROUND TRIP. return flight cancelled because overbooked. Summer called us and never did new reservation. Spent hours on the phone and still no confirmation! Customer service is hard to understand their broken English. Will never use them again!
