GBGreat spot Great spot, tasteful decor, a splendid continental breakfast. Rooms are NYC-tight, but comfy with a good working area. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed and pillows. Loud street noise is mitigated by double-pane windows and earplugs, if you need em (I didn't). Very friendly and helpful service. Complimentary wine and mini bar goodies meant a lot!

GBTablet Hotels = great traveling experience. I love using Tablet Hotels. Tablet is always my go-to source for chic design hotels with great service and an overall 'above the norm' experience. The vetting is great and cuts out a lot of the hotels that aren't the right vibe or fit for me. Also, Tablet Plus with upgrades and amenity vouchers are wonderful. If you're looking for a step above in your travel experience I highly recommend Tablet.

GBExcellent personal touch when needed I used TabletHotels for many years to find "just the right" hotel. Their curated collection has never let me down. I rarely need to interact with a live person since their site is so easy to use. However, I recently needed assistance with a reservation that could not be handled online. I spoke with Yana at TabletHotels and she quickly and pleasantly handled everything. That certainly affirmed why I like to use this site.

GBI relied on the Tablet team for last minute reservations in Portugal I relied on Tablet hotels to help me with some fairly last minute reservations to Portugal this September, 2023. Their reservations team was helpful, responsive every time I asked for assistance. I did not book at all of the hotels they recommended, but my experience with the reservation team was outstanding. When traveling, I usually check Tablet first before looking at other hotel sites. Have not been disappointed with any of the Tablet Hotels where I have stayed.

GBUseless site with rigged reviews I booked a hotel through tablet and it was so bad we couldn’t stay. Not only did the room smell, it was shabby and dirty. Tablet did nothing about it and blocked me from writing a review even though I paid for the room- beware- they do not have transparent business practices.
