GBConnecting rooms I have been a member of Tablet for many years now. I always loved their selection and inventory of amazing boutique hotels. I never really used their concierge service until recently when I needed to travel with my family (5) to NYC and needed to book two connecting rooms. For those of you who have large families, you know the painful process you have to go through... They made it SO easy to book these rooms, sending me a bunch of wonderful selections with prices, calling the hotels for me, taking care of absolutely everything!! They just gained a customer for life!!!

GBExcellent personal touch when needed I used TabletHotels for many years to find "just the right" hotel. Their curated collection has never let me down. I rarely need to interact with a live person since their site is so easy to use. However, I recently needed assistance with a reservation that could not be handled online. I spoke with Yana at TabletHotels and she quickly and pleasantly handled everything. That certainly affirmed why I like to use this site.

MCThey delete bad reviews & pressure you to remove them on other sites, too! Michelin's Tablet Plus / hotels suppresses bad reviews. Whenever I book a hotel though them and the review says something negative, they don't post the review until I follow up several times (over many months). Lately they've started asking me to remove negative reviews from TripAdvisor and Google too! Very unethical. Their reviews and rankings can't be trusted at all.

GBGreat spot Great spot, tasteful decor, a splendid continental breakfast. Rooms are NYC-tight, but comfy with a good working area. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed and pillows. Loud street noise is mitigated by double-pane windows and earplugs, if you need em (I didn't). Very friendly and helpful service. Complimentary wine and mini bar goodies meant a lot!

GBTablet is my go-to website Tablet is my go-to when looking for hotels that I’ll remember on trips that are important— and let’s face it, what trip isn’t precious these days. Their carefully curated hotel options - some with added “Plus” benefits - make searching for that unique spot all that easier. I chose the Andaz on Maui and didn’t regret it.
