Me and my wife had the worst experience… Me and my wife had the worst experience hajar travel issued a turkish airline ticket for us if you miss your flight at Istanbul they don’t issue a new boarding pass and cancel the rest of your next flight link to that ticket even the returning ticket was cancelled without refund that’s what happened to us it was a nightmare at the airport they force us to buy a new tickets and hajar couldn’t update our ticket we couldn’t move forward with no food and nowhere to sleep for 3 days … hajar travel didn’t refund us even partially Your reply to this review is useless you still hold my money we still didn’t go to Umrah and we will remember the suffering inside Istanbul Airport forever

Our experience with Hajar Travel Our experience with Hajar Travels was overall great. Our hotel in Madina was very close to Masjid Nabawi. There were a few issues in our hotel room including very bad smells in the bathroom and broken bed frames. The hotel in general was very good and convient and we were able to easily walk in to Masjid Nabawi. Our hotel in Mecca Haram Sharif was an amazing hotel and we have no complaints whatsoever. Sister Hubaiba, who did the work for our package was very helpful and chose our hotel based on our needs and were very near the mosque in both Mecca and Medinah.

I really appreciate Brother Mohammad… I really appreciate Brother Mohammad Taqi arranged everything so nicely, we didn’t face any issues. He also arranged complementary trip to Jeddah. Thank you for everything I love the hotel in Medina was very close to the Haram,was in heaven was very good to, the hotel in Mecca, is little bit far but for me as my age but for younger people is OK was blessing umrah I had before tow umrah this is was blessing umrah thank you thank you for all your help guys. Inshallah I will do it again and again inshallah
