Our experience with Hajar Travel Our experience with Hajar Travels was overall great. Our hotel in Madina was very close to Masjid Nabawi. There were a few issues in our hotel room including very bad smells in the bathroom and broken bed frames. The hotel in general was very good and convient and we were able to easily walk in to Masjid Nabawi. Our hotel in Mecca Haram Sharif was an amazing hotel and we have no complaints whatsoever. Sister Hubaiba, who did the work for our package was very helpful and chose our hotel based on our needs and were very near the mosque in both Mecca and Medinah.

Thank you brother Qasim Thank you brother Qasim. A group of 8 of us went for Umrah. Some also joined from Pakistan. Alhamdulillah brother Qasim served us all according to our needs. Everyone got the hotel they wanted despite Ramadan Kareem. Called late at night according to US time but connected immediately. They would give us some numbers in Saudi Arabia so that we can contact them if needed. Alhamdulillah we didn't need to contact anyone. Because everything was done perfectly by brother Qasim. Hubaiba was very helpful thorough the… Hubaiba was very helpful thorough the whole trip. Makkah hotel was excellent though Madina hotel needed some better services but overall with family i didn’t have any concerning issues.

They provided excellent service for Umrah and I cannot wait to book with them again when we go back.
