Hubaiba Farooq was our contact person and she worked very hard to accommodate the needs of our group of six and made the tour happen. The price of the tour was competitive with great hotels both in Medina and Makkah. Hubaiba worked out the itenenary to our complete satisfaction. Hubaiba is very responsive and communicated with us at every step. She even followed up during our travels to ensure our comfort and to address any concerns if we had any. The communication was almost perfect The communication was almost perfect, I like to thank Shazim Iftikhar who was there for me from the beginning. This was my first Umra with my 16 years old twins I was very nervous but everything went as planned Alhamdulillah. We had transportations and guides which was very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of our guides did not speak/understand English but we had google translate. I definitely recommend this travel company and Shazim Iftikhar.
