Great experience with Marc Hopkins. Worked with Marc Hopkins to book our tickets. Marc was excellent in helping find the tickets we wanted and fixing errors we had made in booking. The only thing is that the Flyer-Club price was not much cheaper than what we could get using Priceline.

Called me at 3.30am in the morning to discuss travel plans I had Marc call me at 3.30am in the morning frightening my whole household, then texting straight after to ask if I was up to discussing flights!!! Any professional travel agent would check the country code of the number and research a decent time to call! Also referring to the initial inquiry which was submitted days before the call to see country of departure and put one and one together and arrange a respectful time to call. I couldn't go back to sleep, and had to go to work with back to back meetings. My whole family woke up frightened especially after hearing a text come through right after the call, thinking it was an emergency. Very poor form from a travel company who can't event get time zones right.

This is the first time I used Flyer… This is the first time I used Flyer Club and could not be more happy with the results. Owen was efficient, friendly and very patient and helpful. He checked back with me throughout the ticketing process. He went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I would both be comfortable on our long flights. I highly recommend using this service. I won’t fly again without Owen’s first class assistance.

Charlesman was amazing Charlesman was amazing - he listened to what I needed and also was very responsive! I couldn’t talk at times and he was respectful of communicating via email. I was using a few other consolidators and he beat them in price and a great route to South Africa on business class. Highly recommend.

It remains to be seen - but thank you, Tyler I hope I can change this to 5 stars once I take the trip and find that the flights I purchased went smoothly. Tyler was helpful and responsive. He did work with me all the way through the process. But I was hoping he would get me a better, more direct itinerary. The price ending up being more than I anticipated; yet, it was still a discount from the cost of booking through the airlines. Fingers crossed there are no glitches.
