Service provided by Amy Jackson/Destination Expert was outstanding! In looking for a place to stay in Kauai I luckily stumbled across Amy Jackson our Destination Expert for Kauai. I sent an inquiry via the web and no sooner did I hit send than I got a phone call back! We were booking our condo about a month out which is a challenge in Kauai and Amy was relentless. She spent quite a bit of time calling around and trying to make something work. Finally she struck gold and she booked us the most amazing condo - called the owners and asked them to move their vacation so that we could stay there! They agreed and now we have the most beautiful condo exactly where we wanted to be! Thank you so much for the unbelievable service and relentless pursuit for the perfect rental.

Outstanding Our interaction with Amy Jansen was outstanding. She was responsive, knowledgeable, informative. I am so glad we found them. I just wish she knew other cities. We travel frequently and wish we could have our own "Amy" in every location.

Best ski trip AND lodging, in years! We booked a 2/3 with Vacation Roost for our first ever trip to Arrowhead/Beaver Creek. The booking was easy, as was purchasing lift tickets thru Vacation Roost. Arrived to a ready condo, that turned out to be luxurious! Very near the lifts & in an extremely nice area! We will be back to Arrowhead via Vacation Roost! Great job, ladies & gents!

Knowledgable and friendly! Our Park City skiing vacation was taken care of from start to finish. Amy Jansen, our agent got back to us in a timely fashion with excellent suggestions and with a few questions nailed down exactly what we were looking for. In addition, she gave us advice on Nordic skiing locations and how to decide whether to bring our own skis or rent there. She eliminated any guess work out of the options we considered. We put her in our contacts for future vacations.. A really wonderful experience with a knowledgeable and friendly travel agent!

Wish more info had been available It was annoying that taxes and fees were not detailed. I have no idea of the tax rate I paid, nor if any fees were involved. I also looked into making this reservation on booking.com, and according to them, there was some sort of nightly fee in addition to the base rate and taxes. Also, the 60 day cancellation policy seems pretty draconian. I realize this is a resort location, but when I reserve a condo for Christmas skiing, final payment is due 30 days before we take occupancy, which seems a bit more reasonable. Overall, I was left with a negative impression.
