You narrowed my choices to those which matched my objectives and made the decision easy. With so many condos, hotels and townhomes to choose from, the decision as to where to stay for our vacation was a bit challenging. Julie at Breckenridge Vacations and the Vacation Roost website narrowed my choices to those that were reflective of what we really wanted and needed and eliminated confusion. Registration was easy and we booked with confidence that we are set up nicely for a great vacation. Thanks a lot.

Nice neighborhood however house was very dated and in poor condition. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood; however, the value was poor given many, many house related issues. For example, ants were present in all rooms, promoted to have flat screen tv's in all rooms--not the case, dresser was broken in spare bedroom, sliding doors entering lanai and in one bathroom were broken, coffee maker/toaster vintage 1990's, not very clean. etc.

Matt, my contact at your office was very knowledgeable My client was given many choices based on their family size. Very good pictures and details on each condo. My only concern was commission arrived several months later. Thought it would be more timely. Otherwise very satisfied.

Wish more info had been available It was annoying that taxes and fees were not detailed. I have no idea of the tax rate I paid, nor if any fees were involved. I also looked into making this reservation on booking.com, and according to them, there was some sort of nightly fee in addition to the base rate and taxes. Also, the 60 day cancellation policy seems pretty draconian. I realize this is a resort location, but when I reserve a condo for Christmas skiing, final payment is due 30 days before we take occupancy, which seems a bit more reasonable. Overall, I was left with a negative impression.

She was constantly setting my mind at ease and making the overall booking experience smooth and somehow enjoyable (never fun for me to spend money). I think there is nothing left to say about how great my experience has been except to say that my own aunt is a travel agent, and although I love her, I will never leave VacationRoost or Jessa M.
