Excellent customer service, she is the best! Excellent customer service. Very helpful in accommodating our needs for multi city trip to Europe. Very happy to have used her expertise for the past 20 years and will continue to do so. If you need a professional travel agent, you can not do any better than Ligia at Lutetia Travel.

Outstanding service We've been working with Lutetia Travel for over 20 years and highly recommend them! Ligia is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always looking to provide you, the customer, with the best deal!

Excellent Service I’ve known Ligia and she has been helping me and my mother with airline tickets for more than 15 years. Working with Ligia you get the assurance that you won’t have problems with your trip. This has been important in particular for my mother, who at times travels on her own and I don’t have to be worried that she will have problems with the tickets. Ligia is always there to help you! It is very easy to talk to her and you can ask her as many questions as you have. I definitely recommend reaching out to Ligia so she can help you with your travel planning.

Excellent service for European travel Ligia has been helping us with European travel since the early 2000s. In addition to a great personality, she is very knowledgeable regarding options for flights, possible routes, and layover cities. She has made suggestions regarding the best purchasing time and provided information that is not publicly available regarding flights that are more problematic (delay and cancellations). We have always followed her suggestions and she was never wrong. Based on our long-time relationship and excellent customer service we will ask Ligia to help plan future European vacation.

Trip to Romania. Dear Friends We are happy to report that our travel agent, Ms. Ligia Cheron, has done the same excellent job in writing our tickets to Europe, like in the last 15 years. Now, She has chosen the best sequence of airplanes available at this time: Da[[as - Frnakfurt -Wien -Iasi. No airplane was canceled, no arrival was late, we did not lose any luckage. We hope to get her work for us also in the future,
