GBAlbert White was patient and sweet Albert White was patient and sweet. He even giggled slightly when I got frustrated ;) He walked me through several issues as he re-made my reservations. He added my TSA number so I don't have to call United and wait forever on the phone to get it recorded on my ticket. It's all done now! I'm happy with the patience and gladness with which Albert handled my tickets

GBTruly impressed with the customer… Truly impressed with the customer service! We spoke with Dane ( we hope we got his name right) on 8/22/23. We were able to call him right back and speak to the same person which made things feel easier for us. He explained in detail and was very patient with us during our chaotic loud children background noise. We really feel like we got a good deal and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of communication. This is prior to the actual flight so fingers crossed that's a 5 star experience but Flights Nest has done well!

GBNot happy customer I am not happy with the overall process at which I used. I made flight reservations on the website for six people but I was shortly advised afterwards that the prices went up by approx $150 per person. Jenny Smith was very polite and explained everything to me and she was very helpful. But raising the price from my initial website was not good practice.

GBIt is not a book on the Website style… It is not a book on the Website style service. You’re given one price online and then they call you with other options. I was definitely disappointing but Jenny Smith was very helpful and able to book other flights still saying me a few hundred dollars!

DOMy whole experience has been a pleasant… My whole experience has been a pleasant one, I wasn’t able to get the tickets I originally wanted or the price, but I was offered an alternative that I accepted. Thank you to Albert White for all your help.
