GBTruly impressed with the customer… Truly impressed with the customer service! We spoke with Dane ( we hope we got his name right) on 8/22/23. We were able to call him right back and speak to the same person which made things feel easier for us. He explained in detail and was very patient with us during our chaotic loud children background noise. We really feel like we got a good deal and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of communication. This is prior to the actual flight so fingers crossed that's a 5 star experience but Flights Nest has done well!

Booking a flight in popular destinations could be quite stressful but Jenny never gave up looking for the best deal, the best time and dates when I almost felt like giving up. She was very honest in explaining how prices are affected and why changes happen sometimes. She earned my trust and would highly recommend to all my friends to book with her and Flightsnest.

GBNot happy customer I am not happy with the overall process at which I used. I made flight reservations on the website for six people but I was shortly advised afterwards that the prices went up by approx $150 per person. Jenny Smith was very polite and explained everything to me and she was very helpful. But raising the price from my initial website was not good practice.
