GBTruly impressed with the customer… Truly impressed with the customer service! We spoke with Dane ( we hope we got his name right) on 8/22/23. We were able to call him right back and speak to the same person which made things feel easier for us. He explained in detail and was very patient with us during our chaotic loud children background noise. We really feel like we got a good deal and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of communication. This is prior to the actual flight so fingers crossed that's a 5 star experience but Flights Nest has done well!

GBLooking for prices online Looking for prices online. Came across this mess. Had the lowest fares that I have seen online, however, after reading the reviews and seeing the poor ratings it has, I decided to call them directly to verify. Once on the phone, though they're based in Canada, their English is hard to understand because they are foreign nationals. Second, when I went to verify the price, what was posted online versus what she quoted me was off by more than $200 USD. I asked her why wasn't the website updated automatically or regularly and she gave me some poor excuse that wasn't legible. The website is a gimmick. Unless perhaps you book long in advance and compare with the actual pricing from that particular airline's website. Don't use them.

GBJenny wa the best in communicating and making the process smooth Jenny was very helpful and patient, she asked us what days we would like to fly, we gave her the dates and she said she would call us back with some choices. She called us back within the hour and had several choices for us. She walked us through the whole process. We informed her we did not know what we are doing and was nervous that this was the 1st time we ever booked a flight. She reassured us (my wife and I) that everything will be fine, I will help you with everything, you and your wife just relax. She sure did help us in every way possible. We are very excited and can't wait to begin our trip. We want to personally thank Jenny for her absolute professionalism and patience. Thanks Jenny from all of us for all your HELP?!!

GBIt is not a book on the Website style… It is not a book on the Website style service. You’re given one price online and then they call you with other options. I was definitely disappointing but Jenny Smith was very helpful and able to book other flights still saying me a few hundred dollars!
