The Skies are Business agent provided exactly what I was looking for The Skies are Business agent provided two favorable booking options that fit my specific needs. The prices were well below airline cash prices that were being quoted at that time. Once I selected the booking and payment were handled with minimal effort.

Misleading, but good. Misleading, like everyone else - teaser rates on the search site until you're talking to a person one-on-one. My actual rate was more than double the teaser rate. I did not feel pressured, but I also did not feel the agent tried their best - I ended up making suggestions for other times/dates that worked better. Also, I did not receive the rate I originally asked for (wanted to collect mileage) - but I did book relatively late before the flight. All in all - solid, will be in my regular rotation, but not likely to be my first call just yet.
