Excellent first time experience This was the first time using this business. I was pleasantly surprised as to how helpful their agents are—especially Steve. He helped guide me in securing tickets overseas which is something I have never done. Steve met my every question with the right answer and was exceptionally patient as well as professional. I will certainly recommend this company to others and use it for my future flight plans!

Misleading, but good. Misleading, like everyone else - teaser rates on the search site until you're talking to a person one-on-one. My actual rate was more than double the teaser rate. I did not feel pressured, but I also did not feel the agent tried their best - I ended up making suggestions for other times/dates that worked better. Also, I did not receive the rate I originally asked for (wanted to collect mileage) - but I did book relatively late before the flight. All in all - solid, will be in my regular rotation, but not likely to be my first call just yet.

I had the worst experience with Steve… I had the worst experience with Steve Bennett. He promised to book tickets for me and my parents, up until last minute, and finally didn't do it. I went to the airline website and did it myself for higher price and for a different date. He was not honest if tickets were not available or not. I wouldn't use this company again (they have two names: SkiesAreBusiness and BusinessSkies, I wonder why).

Easy process throughout, and excellent price! Christine was very helpful throughout the process. She provided several affordable itineraries I could not find myself on the regular search sites, answered all my questions swiftly and accurately, and made the booking process easy. The only weirdness was that the booking was made through her own company's frequent flier account, which meant that I could not accrue points of my own with the flight. But at the end of the day, the savings were well worth it... a business class trip on a reputable carrier from the US to Asia at a very very good price. Will use again for sure.
