Ben worked hard over several days and lots of calls to find me flights that saved a bit of money and provided Business Class on the long hauls. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK RESULTS. 2 over-night stays were required and a 3rd as COVID testing requirement information was not provided. I was told this is "not a travel agent's responsibility." Was also told "Mr. Todd all included luggage was stopped due to COVID." Not Todd, did not feel special. Note a tip was charged that was not authorized. NOT 1 Star Performance, NOT 5 Star either...

GBFirst time experience in booking business class flights My wife and I were planning a vacation for later on this year. Since there will be long flights involved to our destinations, compounded that I have a lower back issue, I have decided to treat ourselves with a business class flight that we can lay down. After searching around with couple other advertised companies on internet, I have found Skies are Business. Aiden was a great help to me after providing him with our needs and dates of traveling. He provided us with a great itinerary travel plan with stops and lay-overs from a well known airliner. We are super excited and looking forward for this vacation of our lifetime! Thank you Aiden!

GBFirst time customer First! I was skeptical about purchasing the tickets through this kind of business. I researched it and asking around and still wasn’t convinced. My agent Johny was so patience. I asked him lots of questions then I decided to go ahead and do it. I had a great experience. The experience was awesome. Originally it was Lufthansa but I got Eurowings/Finnair. The service was wonderful except the experience in Frankfurt airport ( it was not Johny’s fault). The lounge was wonderful especially the bistro lounge. Thank you Johny👍 Would do it again with you

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience Our return flight from Delhi to JFK was booked for Sept 28, with confirmed ticket, business or upper class but when we reached at Delhi airport , to our surprise were told that the agent changed it from Sept 28 to 29 It created lot of stress and we kept fighting with airline staff, pleaded with them , but as per them only agent can do something We tried to contact the agent nobody will pick up, we left messages no body will call Finally the staff of virgin Atlantic spoke with someone and they were able to squeeze us in 11/2 hrs before departure Joe was the agent who booked Horrible experience
