Receive Later service, Hold & Refund I used their Receive Later service, It was three days before the date which I had requested them to process my ticket and asked them to hold on the booking. Thanks to Sarah I got a prompt response that the reservation is on hold. I was supposed to travel but my destination and travel dates changed eventually and I asked to be refunded. Exactly 8 minutes later Sarah responds that the refund has been processed. I received the amount in 3 days. Definitely would recommend them.
