Great after sales service OneWayFly has a super-reactive after sales service. I could change the date of my flight after purchasing a ticket through their straightforward an user-friendly website after realising I had made a mistake in the dates. Recommend eyes closed.

If you want the reservation to last longer than 24/48 hours you will work for it. I needed to get a return flight for a visa application to an African country. The reservation lasted about 24 hours and I kept having to check and send them mails to say that the reservation had disappeared/was cancelled. Now if it weren't for covid and getting money back from airlines being so complex I would have bought a refundable ticket and saved myself the job of checking if they would do theirs. To be fair they quickly rebooked it every time I reminded them that it was down. But what a hassle, and had I been going to a more rigorous country it would have given me piles.

Didn't work at all...,I bought an… Didn't work at all...,I bought an onward ticket to Thailand, but when I arrive to check in desk, they where not able to find the ticket number..,so I had to buy a very expensive ticket at the moment or I would not be able to board the flight they said. I'd contact customer service twice in a week but I don't have any answer...,so I completely not recommend this company for your onward tickets

Simple I was travelling from Sri Lanka to India however did not have onward travel as my evisa allows me to stay for 60 days therefore wanted to book a flight when I felt ready. Onewayfly.com was recommended to me to help assist with my situation. The process was simple and straightforward and my confirmation via email was near enough instant (bearing in mind I did this on christmas day).
