They did half of the work that we paid… They did half of the work that we paid for. They got our money and never followed up on informing us of flight information, who the airline was until I kept calling we didnt even get econfirmation till I called twice as to what was going on. Then they gave us Delta airlines but no seating arrangements. I called twice as to why buy tickets with no seating arrangements for my family of 5. They said they would follow up each time but never did. We finally had to call Delta airlines ourselves to get our seating arrangements. They were very eager to collect money but not finish the task.
