Aruba Honeymoon...AMAZING We had such an amazing honeymoon in Aruba. The trip was planned entirely by Phenomenal Moments traveled. Backstory: My work schedule is always filled and I did not have much time to plan a trip but knew I wanted one in the summer. I contacted Letitia and she immediately emailed me options as to places we can go based on my likes. I decided on Aruba. She sent me about 7 options with descriptions of the ones I would like. She communicated all the requirements necessary to travel, sent links, and followed up to make sure they were done. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon packaged gift (the cake was delicious) and a really sweet note. We had a great, stress-free time, and this was all planned a month before we left. I would highly recommend this company especially if you just want to book a place that's beautiful and not have to think about the details because trust Phenomenal Moments covers ALL details. Where we stayed: We stayed at the Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino (Adults only). There was a private island called Flamingo Island that had a water taxi running every 15 mins to the island. Just beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. The food was AMAZING, customer service AMAZING. The hotel was extremely beautiful! Our room was SOOOOOO pretty! * This is the third trip planned by Phenomenal Moments...I will continue to use this company for all future travels*All great experiences.

Letitia was a GOD'S send Letitia was a GOD'S send! She was able to book not one but THREE trips for me! The 1st trip was Jamaica, the 2nd trip was Miami and the 3rd trip was Vegas. I was extremely satisfied with her patience and her always being available to help. She's super helpful and informative. My Birthday Celebration/Vacation! My birthday celebration was delayed but not denied. I hadn't traveled abroad in over a decade. I expressed what I wanted/liked and Letitia brought my vision to life in Cabo. My daughter and I only needed to show up. Even when the airline cancelled our flight, she was with me every step of the way, getting rebooked quickly and even ensuring that I would not lose one day of my vacation. The personal assistant at the resort was an added bonus, along with another surpise. We were only responsible for letting the resort know what we wanted and getting some sleep, every now and then. AMAZING Panama Trip! Phenomenal Moments Travel planned an AMAZING Panama trip to celebrate my boyfriend’s graduation! Everything was planned out from transportation to and from the airport, excursion suggestion, a “Welcome Home” banner on the door, ocean front dinner and more! I would definitely use them again!
