Phenomenal Service at Phenomenal Moments I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. The trip was well overdue The trip was well overdue. Once I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spectacular. Cleaning service daily and room service. Who can ask for more. I did not enjoy the water selection but they accommodated me. I would book this trip again without hesitation.
