Phenomenal Service at Phenomenal Moments I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. Phenomenal Experience Letitia was very knowledgeable in helping me plan my daughter’s 18th birthday. She understood what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Stress Free Booking, Amazing Trip In March, I couldn’t take it no more I needed to get out of the house and been searching the web for deals for weeks. To no avail, searching for a trip in my budget and family friendly was torture.
