First trip to Europe and London I would have to say that everything we experienced on our Heart of Europe Grand to include London tour was wonderful. We were always looking forward to the next country visited and enjoyed every minute of our trip. Our tour guide, Minni Hoeve, communicated with us throughout our trip. He is wonderful, kind and knowledgeable tour guide.

Loved the tours and the tour guides but flight booking is poor Loved the tours and the tour guides. This would have been 5 stars, but Image Tours has pretty lousy air booking arrangements. They keep air routes a mystery until the tour has been completely paid and then they treat those that prefer to book their own routes (because they don't provide the planned routes) as 2nd class travelers in regards to providing airport transfer times and insured flight coverage. Their flight prices tend to be more expensive than booking our own flights. Once the flights are purchased through Image Tour, you are at the mercy of whatever mystery route they have selected. Many others that used their flights regretted the poor flight itineraries they got. They are behind the times as other tour companies allow flight itinerary selection at the time of booking the tour. Room for improvement.

Terrific European trip Our tour guide, Ron was awesome! Everything, including transportation, hotel stays, and most meals, and excursions were ALL taken care of! Even transfers to and from the airport. We’ve never been to Europe before, and the immersive type of the tour was very impressive. We didn’t stay @ chain hotels, but boutique and family owned properties. We were able to experience the true culture and people of the various countries we traveled.

Best of Europe Tour May 29 - June 12 2019 (7 countries) Our Guide, Barbara K (can't spell her last name) from Holland was seriously the most outstanding, patient, fun, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guide I have ever had on a tour! I would do another tour with her in a heartbeat!!! And our driver, Ed, was terrific as well. He always helped everyone out of the bus and took excellent care of everything! They always had water for us, kept the bus clean and were both very professional but also very personable and friendly!!
