Jaspreet: Great going! Jaspreet is a good customer rep. she has patience to listen and cater to customers queries. Great work by your company in follow up with customers. Improvements for your company: Website needs more user friendly interface so that customers can choose and book their own flights. I did not like the idea of not been able to choose my seats. 72 hours before the flights all the good seats might be gone. I needed the window seat for all four lags and want asian vegetarian meal. Customers can choose seats at other websites. You should be able to provide that as well. Seema Jain

Jaspreet helped me with a last minute booking. A good deal indeed Received good help from TTL Holidays Inc in getting my tickets booked in the last minute. Jaspreet was very helpful in getting me a good deal. She spent time in finding out the details and ensuring the booking process went through sucessfully. Will reach out to TTL Holidays for my bookings in future. Overall a great experience with the booking.

Thorough Follow ups, Competitive Rates After discovering TTL from an Indian Portal, My personal opinion is, I had a positive and prompt experience with TTL. They simply offered competitive rates without delays or haggling. Their agent Mr. Sanjay was prompt, clear and over thorough in his work. They are cautious about privacy, and I hope they maintain it in future too. If my flying experience goes well, TTL will get 5 more stars. Thankyou.
