@TTL Holidays, You cannot make your customers fool..!! The "TTL Holidays INC" is the worst travel company I have ever seen. From their US office, I booked 3 return tickets from NYC to New Delhi on 1/27/2017. My booking reference number is 2WFQEW and Airline Record Locator: ICHBLO This company booked my wrong tickets and instead of fixing this error in the system, they manipulated my itinerary so that I don't find this mistake. Otherwise, I could have raised my concern immediately. In return, at Delhi airport, Etihad airways denied me to issue boarding passes because according to them, my agent booked wrong tickets. I called my booking agent in the US immediately to sort out this issue but instead of helping me, the agent Mr. Nitesh kept telling me that it's not their mistake and all these are propaganda of Etihad airways to make more money from their customer. I never asked TTL Holidays to book my return tickets from Delhi to Mumbai and it was not even mentioned in my itinerary then I don't know why the system was showing Mumbai tickets. Due to this, Etihad asked us to get new tickets from the agent and as these tickets were booked by the agent, so I was not even able to make any changes in this. I requested my agent to issue me new tickets and got him to speak with Etihad manager on phone but my agent simply denied to issue me new tickets and finally I missed my flight. It was a mental harassment and you can understand what was my situation at that time especially when you had to spend 6-7hrs on airlines counter with your 6 years old kid. Finally, i had to leave the airport and stayed in a hotel. Next day, this agent said he needs at least 15 days to sort out this case with airlines. As I can't stay in a hotel for 15 days because I had to join my office in NYC and my son was also missing his school so finally, i had to book new tickets out of my pocket from a different agent. Since 25th Feb, I have been regularly following this company to refund my ticket amount but they are kept making false promises to me and 2 weeks ago they told me that I will get my refund by 10th April but it never happened and now they are not even responding to my emails. Overall, This company doesn't have any professional ethics and doesn't care about their customer at all. I am sharing all of this feedback here so that no one else should go through the same harassment. Therefore, I would advise all of you people to be very careful from this company and avoid to plan out your journey with them. I already waited for a long time and finally, i have decided to file a legal case in consumer court. @TTL Holidays, You cannot make your customers fool..!!

A true sample of excellent service! Jaspreet kaur provided wonderful customer service. She is excellent, humble and was very gentle during the entire process of my ticket booking. Follows up with customers after the conclusion of a sale. she is very prompt. She skillfully managed all my concerns. I would recommend TTL. -Naveedh

Jaspreet: Great going! Jaspreet is a good customer rep. she has patience to listen and cater to customers queries. Great work by your company in follow up with customers. Improvements for your company: Website needs more user friendly interface so that customers can choose and book their own flights. I did not like the idea of not been able to choose my seats. 72 hours before the flights all the good seats might be gone. I needed the window seat for all four lags and want asian vegetarian meal. Customers can choose seats at other websites. You should be able to provide that as well. Seema Jain
