GBCustomer service at its finest I booked a flight with this company and they were very helpful throughout the process. Hours before our departure, my husband came down with Covid. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. In talking to Elena Ross, she was able to guide me through the process of providing the required documentation so that she could negotiate a substantial e-credit from United Airlines for my next trip. GBExcellent follow through Oliver Jones provided excellent service when I recently booked our flights to visit grandchildren in North Carolina. He took time to locate the flight that would fit with our schedules and what was most impressive was his follow through. He called me back with answers to questions I had when he said he would. I will definitely contact him the next time we need flights.
