Munir The agent, Jason Wright was very very helpful and followed up with booking, he even called me on Sunday to make sure everything is alright, to me, that is a superior service. They deserve 5 Stars. The only reason I gave 4 Stars is because in the remark, they said ticket Unrefundable. On the whole, they have excellent after sale customer service.

Customer service at its finest I booked a flight with this company and they were very helpful throughout the process. Hours before our departure, my husband came down with Covid. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. In talking to Elena Ross, she was able to guide me through the process of providing the required documentation so that she could negotiate a substantial e-credit from United Airlines for my next trip. A big thank you Elena for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty.

of course when you add alerts to the… of course when you add alerts to the travel websites on your where to? they automatic become more expensive from the first search. alerted emails on the many discounts and alternative dates. I just got last minutes birthday holiday from my baby girl, she will be 18 this december and she straight A and her last senior year i want to have a vacation and celebrate her. so happy ryan jones at one dollar fly was able to help with exaclty the dates and times for a great deal. thank you RYAN

Jaden assisted me in resolving a… Jaden assisted me in resolving a billing issue. Throughout the process he listened attentively as I explained the issue. He asked for additional information while explaining the purpose for the information. Jaden instilled a confidence in me that he could resolve my issue. After researching the issue with the billing staff he called me back with the resolution. He was courteous and knowledgeable in the entire process. He was a GREAT person to work with.
