Reyad my tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find a felucca captain to take us out in adverse conditions. my driver, was always on time. I was only disappointed that the hot air balloon ride was cancelled. The Company did offer a 4 wheel quad experience in the desert that was a fun alternative to the ballooning. Luxor, as a city has a historical attendance and full of ancient temples We enjoyed it alot

Experience for the first time I booked a hot air balloon flight, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences that I did for the first time, as I flew in the sky of the western mainland in Luxor Governorate, and I really enjoyed the flight on the first adventure trip in Egypt over the temples and pharaonic tombs, the charming nature and the strip of the Nile River, and I took many beautiful pictures Communication was professional. Luxor: West and East Bank Private Tour and Hot Air Balloon We booked a West and East Bank private tour with hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings. It was a super great and absolutely eventful day. We had excellent care from Sandra from Nice Tours. Together with her team Samir and George she made the day unforgettable for us. Our private guide Samir gave us a lot of background information about all the temples, the country and the people - just great. George our driver was very, very attentive and always there when we needed to move on. We never waited. Sandra, Samir and George are a super team and can really be recommended. Thank you very much for this eventful day and the great care.

Good trip to Abu Simbel but experience with company horrible We had an amazing trip to Abu Simbel, but, we had a problem arriving to the point of meeting. First of all, we booked the trip from Asuan, they didn’y told us that the point of meeting was outside Elephantine Island (where we were sleeping) and we had the option of point of meeting in that Island so is completely a lie. We had a horrible experience looking more than 40 minutes the point of meeting and nobody wanted to help. I just thank the driver because was so emphatic and he waited for us, but the tour operator only making excuses and saying we were late because we wanted.
