Great customer Service I have yet to receive my ticket, but overal customer service was great. The gentleman Sam was great. Their was a bit of an issue a with payment online, seems the app would not allow my email address to be accepted. Sam was able to help with that issue. Hopefully the flight will be as good. Sam also called me back to confirm my payment and ticket status. That made me feel even more so comfortable about dealing with this company. Thanks Sam

Absolutely fantastic Selena went out of her way to ensure I get the best travel itenary for a last minute trip - I was skeptical about the trip happening keeping in mind it's the holiday season & the fact that I'd spoken to tens of other agents throughout the day without any success - but Selena came through... I truly believe she should be promoted to management where she can train & coach other customer service agents to deliver with excellence - with employees such as Selena, your company is bound to be successful!!

booking of the tickets from USA I just called SAM and he helped with every single thing to be done , i appreciate his help and his honesty with cheapairtiketz with travel agency and hope to book a flight in the future too because of his outstanding manner.Thanks

False promises that they dont keep The only reason I used this service is the be seated next to my child and the prices quoted were a little more than online deals. The agent promised to get this done as seats were available. But I got seats 21B, 22B, 28B, 29B. These are not what he promised. He said he'll get 2 in the first row and 2 in the next row. I ended up paying additional for preferred seating. I would have surely got better deals if I used a different service. I was fine with paying more than what I saw online, but its a waste.
