Amazing Egypt experiencie with Baboo and Egypt promotion Ibrahim Helaref, the Egypt Promotion owner, did an amazing job and was always worried for us. Everything was perfect. Without a doubt, I will recommend Baboo again, and will keep using it in my future trips.

3rd party I didn’t realise when researching then booking a bespoke trip to northern Albania that Baboo are a 3rd party who then contact a local tour company. My dealings with Baboo were very efficient and they responded straightway but ultimately it wasn’t them actually organising the trip so it was frustrating having to communicate with the tour company on the ground via the Baboo portal - which wasn’t always checked. Another time I would just use the local company but doing a bit more googling. I’m sure Baboo are very good if they’re organising tours direct though.

Amazing experience with Baboo I had the most incredible family custom trip to Costa Rica with Baboo! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations. Better than expected! Our travel experience to Asturias, Spain, was a success from the very beginning. The previous communication, the design of the itinerary, the organization during the trip and the resolution of small problems and changes along the way.

Baboo travel was like finding a gem in… Baboo travel was like finding a gem in the rough. Understand that Baboo designs your itinerary and then aligns your plans with a local expert on the history and culture of the city/country you’re visiting. A group of four of us went to Italy for the first time to visit Rome and Sorrento on a 10 day trip. We are actually on day 8 right now but felt compelled to write this review prior to our return to Saint Louis. Marianne was our trip coordinator and did a wonderful job in keeping us on track. For example, in Sorrento we did a boat trip to the isle of Capri. One of our group was dead set on taking a sailboat from Sorrento to Capri. Marianne politely pointed out that at that time of year (late October) that it could be cold and rainy with some pretty rough seas. Well if she wasn’t spot on. I am so happy we took her advice. Because it was rainy, the seas were rough and it got cold. Then there was ROME. I can’t say enough good about that segment of our trip. Marianne selected Martina to be our local guide. She was the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. The first day was a walking tour of the city. The next day the forum and coliseum followed by the Vatican museums on the last day. Each day built on the previous. She was marvelous not only in her knowledge but her uncanny ability to circumvent what seemed to be endless lines. We would walk to the front of the lines and have a special gate or entrance to pass through. Hahaha, it was Martina’s line. She was great Marianne was great. All in all it was a very pleasurable experience. I suppose the tell tale sigh of a good review is that if I go to anywhere in Europe again my first contact is going to be BABOO TRAVEL.
