Best experience in Japan with Baboo… I recently traveled to Japan with Baboo and cannot recommend them highly enough. The service provided by this travel company was exceptional from start to finish. I was blown away by the amazing off-the-beaten-path experiences provided by Christine’s team. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the Samurai, an incredible experience I will never forget, learning about their history, culture and way of life was truly fascinating. Another unforgettable experience was seeing the Snow Monkeys in their natural habitat, this was an incredible opportunity to observe these amazing creatures up close and personal. The beauty of the Japanese winter landscape was the perfect backdrop for this stunning encounter. Baboo put me in touch with Christine, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. She was knowledgeable, and friendly, and went out of her way to ensure that my trip was everything I hoped it would be. Overall, I would highly recommend Baboo and Christine, to anyone looking to travel to Japan or any other destination they offer. 3rd party I didn’t realise when researching then booking a bespoke trip to northern Albania that Baboo are a 3rd party who then contact a local tour company. My dealings with Baboo were very efficient and they responded straightway but ultimately it wasn’t them actually organising the trip so it was frustrating having to communicate with the tour company on the ground via the Baboo portal - which wasn’t always checked. Another time I would just use the local company but doing a bit more googling. I’m sure Baboo are very good if they’re organising tours direct though.
